I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct of one of your agents, Julio Aguilar, who represented your company on Redfin. I believe his actions were not in line with the professional and ethical standards expected of a real estate agent.

On 1/22/25, I contacted Julio Aguilar regarding a property listed on Redfin. He informed me that I must call back on Friday afternoon to schedule a showing for the weekend. However, when I followed his instructions and called on Friday afternoon, I was told the property had already been sold. Furthermore, the status of the property has not been updated on Redfin or MLS listing, leaving me confused and frustrated.

This situation has not only caused me to miss out on a property I was seriously considering but also raised concerns about the transparency and reliability of Julio Aguilar as a representative of your company. I feel his lack of timely communication and misleading guidance demonstrated a lack of professionalism.

I believe all clients deserve honest and professional service, and this experience has left me deeply disappointed.

I never thought that a real estate agent could be so unprofessional until my husband and I experienced Paola Melendez of Century 21 All-Stars.

We went to attend an open house of Ms. Melendez and no one showed up at the scheduled time. So we reached out to Ms. Melendez to let her now.

After waiting for what seemed like forever, we eventually left for our next appointment. Then over an hour later we get a phone call and it's Ms. Melendez who first took no responsibility for her staff being extremely late or not showing up. The agent actually tried to act like there was some sort of misunderstanding, only to admit that her and her staff were irresponsible.

We assured her that we weren't upset. But being accountable seemed to make Ms. Melendez so upset, she screamed, "I don't have time for this!".

When an agent asks for more than $700,000 dollars for a house, is it too much to ask for a little professionalism in return?

I just passed my real estate exam and I was checking out different brokers. I walked in and tried to get help and it was like pulling a teeth out a baby to get help. They sent me upstairs to the "recruiter" and she never showed up. I just walked out. They do not value people, it seems like a horrible place to work.

This place is a joke sitting there cold calling people asking for people who are not even alive anymore and asking for them to sell their homes is absolutely disgusting low class trash. I'll be reporting this also to the city for letting them do business like this in Pico Rivera and also to the Better Business Bureau.
