I hate janky places like this, thank god we were able to finally find our dream home!!! To begin, my wife only received half of her security deposit back! What blows me away is the fact that this rude woman, had the nerves to tell us that we will be charged due to us covering up the small holes in the house. Her response was that, if we didn’t cover them up, they would not have had to paint the wall. But why would you not repaint the walls anyway giving the fact that a tenant has been staying there for 2.5 years. Secondly, the house was going to trash everyday and they refused to fix anything!! We had multiple storms hit the property, and they did not want to send anyone out to cut down the trees or make repairs to the fence until we moved out!! We never got a list of deficiencies, therefore we didn’t know what needed to be fixed prior to them deducting money from the security deposit. I truly pray that none of you guys have to go through this. Lastly apart of the renters agreement was that lawn-care would be included. My wife had to beg these people to come out, and even when they did, they would barely cut the grass, never picked up sticks, and ran over my son toys!! The garage would constantly flood with water and damage her military gear and mold the walls which caused a hole. The fridge leaked water, nails stuck out of the base board, causing injuries to my son, the roof caved in, rodents lived in the attic, etc!! My wife is the nice one, if I lived their, I would be filing a lawsuit!! Avoid this place as much as you can!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, for damages that was their prior to occupying the residence. How can I forget, don’t cover holes!!

All the staff is pretty easy to work with, except for Laura, from the rental department. No matter how nice you are, she constantly has an attitude. She is extremely unprofessional, unless the office manager is in there. Since the first day, from signing our lease, she has been anything but polite. She belittles her coworker, not only when she isn’t there, but in front of other clients. When we addressed her behavior to the office manager, it wasn’t dealt with properly. She is consistently rude and treats everyone as if they are beneath her. Her working there, is why I’m giving Century 21 a 1 Star. Even if she does know what she’s doing, she gives the whole company a bad name. Don’t go there unless you want to be disrespected on a daily basis.

As far as the sales department, I’ve heard wonderful things. This review is for the rental side of the house.

After a bad experience with another rental company. I went with them based off recommendation of a coworker. I couldn't be happier. They were speedy when the a/c needed serviced. I experienced no issues upon moving out unlike the other company that tried to put issues already noted and photographed of the house prior to moving in.

You people renting to a known drug dealer Arteria Boyd WILLIAMS located at 423 Fairview circle is selling drugs out of her section 8 home that you guys rented to her. Just a matter of time before someone dies off her fentanyl she's selling

This is the worst place to rent from. Go somewhere else where you’re treated with respect and a place where they care about repairing what’s broken in the house. Issues have been reported SEVERAL times over the year and nothing. Rent is paid on time every month. Why don’t they fix the issues. There are children who live here as well as 2 disabled adults; in which they know. They just don’t care. I used to respect Century 21, but this office is horrible.

After dealing with several realtors in the area, we found century 21 to be the most helpful. In fact, we looked at and signed the lease for a property in the same day. The customer service was extremely pleasant as well. I only gave 4 starts so far because I haven't dealt with maintenance or anything yet because we're still moving in but I'll update if possible.

Realtor we had and broker did not want to do their job tryi g to sell our house. Barely had 2 people interested in our home when we went through their company and they had it online for four months. Selling it on our own we have had 10 people interested in five days of it being online
