I posted my properties for sale back in 2020 and struggled to sell it with a previous real estate agent. I was eventually about to give up when I was contacted by Edison- he asked why my property wasn’t on the market anymore and I explained to him the situation. Edison understood and asked me to give him the chance to be my agent for a month. He surprised me when he managed to sell my property within the time limit. I am grateful that Edison was able to fulfill his promise. Definitely recommend! 👍

I recently made the switch to C21 ABS after leaving an office that I felt stuck and lost at. I’m going into my second year in the business and I had felt like I was still on “day one” as an agent.

What I really appreciate about this office is the amount of training and various classes throughout the week that you can take to learn. They have a contract class, real estate essential class, a Friday coaching class, and an in house mentor. Not to mention, a tech person, transaction coordinator. in house termite company, escrow, insurance and loan department. They have so much that they have to offer for us and for the consumer to benefit from.

Every person in the office is supportive. You literally can can ask any person a question and actually have a good, solid conversation. People will literally stop what they’re doing to help you. I’ve never had that before.

I’ve been inspired to truly work on becoming the best version of myself. It is such a momentous office. You can feel the drive and dedication that each agent has being there.

It’s been a wonderful experiences so far and I cannot wait to continue my growth with this office.

We rented an apartment on 143 14th St Seal Beach, CA 90740, owned by the David Sarinana and Blanca Sarinana; the brokers that run this office and managed by Humberto Lopez who also works out of this office.

They either don’t understand the California civic codes that apply to rentals or just use intimidation to violate them.

The two most recent violations were when they tried to increase our rent by double what the legal maximum was, even after sending them copies and references to which laws they were breaking it took two months before they agreed that it was illegal.

Now they’re trying to keep our security deposit seemingly out of retaliation. It’s been two months since we moved out, legally the deposit has to be returned or accounted for within 21 days. Now two months later they’re claiming the whole make ready expense, which is mostly normal wear and tear such and paint and carpet that’s at least 7 years old, probably more since it wasn’t new when we moved in 7 years ago. Even claiming the paint is ridiculous since there were 3x2 foot holes that were never patched and gashes in the walls from her repair crew when there was a gas leak that took them like a week to fix. A week with no hot water!!!

It’s kind of sad to see that someone who claims to be God fearing, and even pastoring a church Action Faith Center in Downey would be so greedy and immoral.

WARNING!!! RED ALERT!!! The WORST experience I've EVER HAD with real estate!!! I am writing this comment because I want to prevent people from going through what I went through.

I'm a mom with 2 little ones, was going through the worst time of my life (divorce), I had no where to move into and THE AGENT was refusing to give a 90 day escrow wanted me out of MY OWN HOME in 30 days!!! Threatened to sue me for not signing in his time line. Lies to me saying the buyer was pushing when the buyer was my neighbor who was in no need for me to move out as they owned several houses on that street (great people). This horrible experience happened to me in the middle of all the other horrible stuff I was ALREADY going through (divorce) and they were well aware of my situation, yet all they cared about was $$$$$$ -

I have asked Rod Melgoza several times to stop using my personal info to solicit me with his ridiculous mailers to my home address. "CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION DO NOT DISCARD". He doesn't even have the courtesy to reply to my emails.

You really want to trust a realtor with your most valuable asset, that can't even maintain a simple mailing list?

This is the absolute WORST company ever!!!!!! My home is NOT for sale but ROMAN MEZA and RUBEN SARINANA JR. continue to tag team me and send me unwanted letters regarding interested parties wanting to buy my property. I have repeatedly written the company Century 21 letters, I have texted both Roman and Ruben, I have called Roman and Ruben and pleaded with them to take me off their list but Roman says that by the grace of God he was happy that I have received his letters. What kind of madness is this. I feel harassed by both of them. I have told them my property will never ever be for sell. If they don’t stop mailing my I am going to take legal action again them. I am a consumer and I have rights. I have continued to ask me to put me on the DO NOT MAIL LIST so now I am going to blast them.
