I tried doing property management on my own. Without fail, I would get a phone call from my renters that something was wrong either at night or during a holiday. It drove me nuts. They are are all way on their job and their book keeping and end of year reports are a plus.
Always ready to solve any problems with the rental properties and provide their own maintenance contractors.

Ted does a great job managing my rental properties so it made sense to use him as my agent when it was time to sell. Ted did a great job negotiating and got me the best deal possible, and always kept me in the loop during the sale process. He was available anytime I needed a question or concern addressed.
