Niyoka bell mrs.perry is a amazing rent manager. The apartment complex has Improved. A lot. Sense she. Been working here she is very understanding and she care. About her residence and her property her work is outstanding. We could not ask for a hardworking. Rent manager that knows her job

I've had an issue with my heat. The response time was quick. So much so that I didn't notice they responded with a solution. And I was the hold up from them fixing it. Again my apologies.

I have seen much improvement since the apartments have been recently taken over by new management. The new office manager Mrs. Perryman has been very professional and easy to work with. She is quick to respond to any of your concerns by emails or by a phone call. They have installed new washer and dryer for the residents..which is a great benefit!!! Overall, I'm very impressed with the new owners and management!!!

Centerpoint landings is a very nice place to live. The apartment complex are very nice and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend anyone to stay there.Mrs. Alicia from the management office is always very helpful and always have a good attitude. (Tiffany Lett)

The apartments have been taken over by another company, New office manager has a pleasant personality, responds to my calls, emails, any concerns promptly, new maintenance are pleasant, professional and keeps complex looking nice, it's also a quiet area
