I am an owner at the building where Megan Cravener is Community Manager. Megan is terrific. She is bringing our building into the 21st Century and is successfully navigating the mine field of over 100 units and owners of various personalities with candor and clarity. As our building ages, there are bound to be problems known and unforeseen. Megan is methodical in her approach and tries to be as transparent as possible. She owns a unit in the building which gives her a perspective a non-owner wouldn't have. Selfishly, I wish she was on-site for longer periods of time. Being the Community Manager is not easy. I have seen times when some people in the building have been rude, petty, and like the "mean kids" in high school. Megan keeps her cool like the professional she is. I believe we are lucky to have her.

We bought an apartment in the Beaucatcher House 2 years ago and have enjoyed every minute that we are there. We remained on the property during and after Hurricane Helene - I can only share my experience that we felt that we were cared for and taken care of during that time - even while our manager had to deal with her own family issues as a result of the hurricane, we felt her presence and help. Whenever I have had a question or an issue about protocol or services, Megan has always been available to answer my question. I feel safe. sk

We have a property manager, Megan Cravener, who works part-time, and somehow miraculously does a full-time amount of work. She is accessible to the residents and answers any questions, no matter how seemingly important or unimportant they are, in a professional and courteous manner.
Megan has a good knowledge of NC laws pertaining to HOAs and will consult with the attorney for any information and guidance she needs.
We are fortunate to have such a capable and energetic person at our helm.

Having been at the Beaucatcher House for 5 1/2 years I can emphatically say that the property manager, Megan Cravener, is the ultimate professional. She is knowledgeable of the COA regulations. Helpful when needed and responds promptly to emails. She keeps the gears turning at the Beaucatcher.

Being a HOA board member I would not recommend Cedar Management. The local team was not responsive to residents or the HOA board. They would not call residents and the board had to have a scheduled meeting to speak with our account manager. Customer service is not a priority for the local or regional leadership team.

edit: The response from Cedar Management is a coined response. The customer service and response is non existent.
