They are horrible management. Slum lord's black mold. They don't recertify you raise your rent so high you can't pay them evict. Judges in this county are completely one sided and you'll never win. It's a joke. They lie, don't upkeep, raise your rent 400% on -14 days. Harrarassment so you'll want to move. They towed my working car. They called police and the owner John Casper did nothing when I begged him to listen. Don't use this management company.

My apartment is flat out infested. The cockroachs won't go away everyone has been bombed numerous times and we've thrown away majority of our belongings. We live in fear everyday to the point we can't sleep. I slave away every moment I have cleaning top to bottom and nothing helps they live in the carpet and in the walls. They live in our air duct and our electrical sockets. They won't re-emberse us for all the work we've done and trying to keep the roaches at bay but nothing is working. We've e mailed called and nothing is being done we have to literally move and take nothing with us. We are low income. This is not okay.

They have never returned any of my emails however i know they have received my emails because shortly after 1 email the property manager in ukiah became quite passive aggressive with me in the office. Currently I'm having trouble getting my reasonable accomodation for my disability to go through which is illegal under the FHA.

cbm complex Rio Dell terrace apt RioDell Ca. people are sick of Patricia Todd's managment. Someone tried to take her to court. They lost their court case against the apartment. Not enough evidence to convict. a low income housing project. Senior citizen disabled apartment complex. One bedroom. They did have inspections once a year but since a lot of people were complaining that their income was changing now there inspections two times a year. Patty Todd is a very bad manager and does not inspect the apartments correctly. When I had my inspection in my apartment I was told that I needed to have my apartment painted and she never got around to painting my apartment. One of the residents here got into a really big fight with Patty Todd and called her the B word and wanted to take her to court again but never went through with it and just can't stand the woman. Policies are very bad and CBM management in Auburn California will not fire her until they have a good enough reason. Audie Benson is the district manager in Northern California and Southern Oregon so if you have any complaints you have to get through to Audie Benson Is a hard person to get a hold of. Cbm doesn't listen to any of the residents who complain and it's bad enough that I am going to move out of the apartments and find somewhere else to live.

Horrible management, they do not return calls, no one every knows anything and they refer you to person after person and then get referred back to the same one who is NOT IN THE OFFICE for an extended time for which no one knows when she will return. They are polite about not knowing anything but just blow you off CONSTANTLY. Maybe they are paid low so they don't put effort to help. How's that saying go "misery loves company":( I only put one star due to the operators are friendly.

The worst management group ever. They discriminate and allow there onsite property managers to harass, ilegally invade privacy and if you complain they will retaliate to the point you and your children will loose your housing. The corprate manager Christian allows his management and maintenance to drink alcohol and smoke marijuana on and around the complexes they manage. I believe they should loose there federal funding. Its horrific.

CBM Management run 100 apartments around California, each apartment has different manager that runs them. the the past 8 years Ive seen a total 3 different mangers come and go.3 of them where married couples that run the apartment.Are 4th apartment manager runs every thing all by her self from Maintenance to office not every body likes her and the lack of communication a lot of residence has made things frustrating.Rio Dell Terrace Apartments.Unfair treatment. Knights landing Harbor apartments was run like an Ancient Roman fighting cathedral The on-site maintenance man swung at me hoping to provoke me .. He heads a gang of tenants who have nothing better to do than see if they can start a fight .....Knights Landing is redneck territory !.My rent was paid up
