We cannot say enough good things about this dealership and especially the service department. We were traveling from Mountain Home to Memphis pulling our 40’ fifth wheel when our transmission went out. Walnut Ridge was the closest town to us. We got the truck to them and they went to work on it the next day. First they had to find the problem which they did quickly. Clint the service associate ordered a new transmission ASAP. They knew the urgency of us getting to Memphis and they definitely stepped up to the plate. They finished our truck in rapid time and were even going to stay late on a Friday so we could get on the road Saturday morning. The whole team was amazing from the First Lady we spoke with to the mechanic who installed the transmission. They we all so professional and kind. Cavenaugh should be proud of these employees. They are top notch. I wish all dodge dealership were like this one. If we ever need work done and can be in the area we will definitely use Cavenaugh Dodge. Big thanks again Clint…you and your team are the best.

My sprinter van broke down and I had no where to go but these nice folks at Cavenauch dodge dealer in walnut ridge let me park there overnight for back to back nights on end while I waited for a 20$ part to get back on the road.

Ended up being 4-5 days and even though I was gonna fix it myself they really cared for me and and showed true compassion for me when I was in need. I can not say enough good things about these people. Brent you are awesome my man. I appreciate you all god bless you guys.

I was on the first leg of a long road trip to my daughter's wedding from Dallas to Chicago and Grand Rapids, MI in a Ram Promaster van I recently purchased when my check engine light came on. Thankfully, I came upon Cavanaugh within the next few minutes. It was already near closing time, but Service Manager Clint Jones jumped on my case and assigned a technician to determine what was the problem. I knew in the back of my mind it was the rebuilt transmission installed a few months before I bought the vehicle. Sure enough. It was going to take a few days to get the parts, so I rented a van big enough to transport the large artwork by #artbyjuju we were delivering from U-Save, an affiliated agency. A Cavanaugh rep, Jamie, was kind enough to give us a ride to a local motel and to the tiny little Walnut Grove airport nearby in the morning to pick up the rental. We were able to pick up our newly and reliably fixed van on our way back to Dallas - on our original schedule - and were pleased and relieved to get home without further problems. Thanks, Clint and Cavanaugh, for the care and attention you gave us and our van, Eddie Van Haulen.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took our truck to this dealership to get the u-joints changed and to flush the transmission system. They had the truck for over a week and when I went to pick it up I wasn’t given a receipt for the $1750 I paid and details on what they did to my vehicle. Upon starting the truck the check engine light was on-they ran the codes and said coolant was low. The technician put over 1-1/2 gallons of coolant in and filled it up to the top of the reservoir instead of to the max line(when I was driving home the coolant spilled everywhere because it was too full). I checked the transmission fluid and it was so low it wouldn’t register on the dipstick, I had to buy three quarts of transmission fluid at the parts store to put in before the fluid would even register on the dipstick- when I brought this to the service advisors attention he told me that he was there and they put 8-9 quarts in the truck (it only holds 7). He argued with me the whole conversation. I’m not happy at all. We called several times and each time their answer was “we don’t know what’s going on or how much longer”. We have used this dealership several times in the past and they have been great but the new service crew SUCKS. We will not be going back to Cavenaugh dodge in Walnut Ridge.

Brandy was excellent! We were traveling when our Jeep overheated and broke down several miles away. A quick search led is to this dealer where we were worked in quickly due to our traveling. Parts still took some time, no fault of theirs. They kept us informed and up to date on repair status. Brandy even used her own phone to better communicate with us since our cell provider had poor service in the area, we could only get sporadic msg through text.

Pricing was fair, customer service was exceedingly excellent, and repairs solved the immediate problem(s) at hand.

This is the type of service I long for in a business. I absolutely would recommend Cavenaugh Chrysler service center for quick and professional auto repair.
