My family and I have called Casa Moreno our home since 2015. We live very comfortably. Everything is kept up by our maintenance Miguel. Our manager Jessica is the best. Always available to assist.

Casa Moreno Apartment has been a very nice place to live in. Ms. Jessica, and Ms. Majilin have been great property managers, Mr. Miguel keeps the entire property clean and looking beautiful. They all have been great people since I've moved in. They make this community a peaceful and enjoyable place to live in. It's a big community and although it takes time to get to meet all the neighbors, so far the few that I have met are nice neighbors. The best part, there's no drama or unpeaceful situations. CASA MORENO APTS IS A QUIET, PEACEFUL, CLEAN AND SAFE COMMUNITY.

The manager doesn’t care about residents, there is a man terrorizing all the other residents and she does nothing. Corporate needs to get her out and find someone more capable of managing this apartments. She is extremely difficult to work with, situation has gone out of control.

Is a very family place,pet friendly and very nice very clean with green spots very secure to live. Manager Jesica is always helpful and friendly and on top of matters also Miguel is always so nice and helpful.
There do race rent often but is worthy compare to other places this place is secure to live in and management Jesica is always willing to help on anything.

My family has lived for over 5 years now at Casa Moreno apartments. It is a pet-friendly and kid-friendly environment. Jessica Rodriguez and her staff are super friendly and always helpful. Majilin is also one of the apartment managers and we appreciate her kindness and genuine concern for the tenants. We are blessed to be surrounded by people that are caring. Another stellar staff member is Miguel. We are so lucky to have him always lending a hand when needed. 10/10 on every level! Thank you everyone!

I have been living here at Casa Moreno Apartments for the past 2 years and i have received nothing but the best service you can possibly get. For starters Jessica, the property manager, has been the nicest person i have ever met. She along with Miguel, the maintenance person, are always on top of things whenever an issues arises. They have made our stay here very pleasant definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to call HOME!
