We have been dealing on and off with Carroll Engineering now for 3 years. (primary Philip Wootton) He is very professional in his work. He takes his time to make sure he dots his i's and crosses his t's. Over the years I have noted (in my humble opinion) that everyone that works there have high moral standards and are very ethical, exactly what I like to see in a company.
If you are looking for civil engineers or if you just need your land surveyed I would highly recommend them. A+ all day, every day.
