We worked with Burt and CARR Realty to find a space to lease for my husband's dental practice. I couldn't be happier with my recent CARR experience! In moving our office location, their advanced knowledge of the dental business allowed us to negotiate favorable lease terms that were not even on my radar. The work ethic was second to none - always ahead of deadlines and communicated amazingly with the other members of our team (lawyer, lender, builder, etc) to make sure everything was getting taken care of in a timely fashion.  Without the help of CARR we likely wouldn't have had as good of an outcome.  I'm very impressed with how helpful they were and cannot say enough good things about their service.

I cannot thank CARR enough for all their help during the lease negotiations for my current practice – specifically Kyle Church. Buying an existing practice came with its own complications when dealing with prior lease agreements. However, Kyle was able to navigate those waters and come out saving us a substantial amount of money and a first right of refusal. He proved his dedication and professionalism by having in-depth conversations with the landlord and myself at each checkpoint throughout the process. He was able to leverage concerns I had to place me in the best position possible going into the future. Kyle Church and CARR changed the course of my wife's family dental practice, Dr. Melissa Nix, DMD. We were in need of a new space and in the process of looking for a new lease option, Kyle found us a building to purchase.
