I wouldn’t even rate this company all they do is steal your money they have you writing a review to get money off the application fee just to trick people in thinking they are going to review your application you have to keep calling them about where you put a application in at I put in for a place a month ago & nobody never called all they say is that their still reviewing the applications it’s just all lies & karma is gonna happen you don’t just steal people’s money & think it’s okay don’t let them lie I couldn’t imagine leasing with them! Bad for business period!!!

Only thing they know how to say is GIVE ME YOUR MONEY OR GIVE THE SHED. They seem to have a hearing problem. After they got the money plus extra they came and stole the shed. Had my 69 year old aunt empty it. Check them out on BBB. They are crooks and sold be shut down. And very deaf.

DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY STEAL YOUR APPLICATION FEE AND NEVER RESPOND TO YOU. U call about your app and Stephanie says, "the property manager is still reviewing applications at this time" U ask how long it will be and she says, "he'll review them when he reviews them". I sent in an application a month ago. No word. Only response I've gotten back is when I've called them every week since I sent in my application and it's the same answer every time.

Went to look at a rental with this company and an agent was sitting and waiting for me 20 mins before our meeting. Very respectful, detailed, and friendly. O outspoken too. I look forward to renting from this company in Sept.

If it were possible for me to give them zero stars I would. The staff is rude, unorganized and could care less about what happens to a homeowners property after they rent it out to a tenant. They only care about collecting there fee each month. I am confident that they are personally putting these positive reviews up themselves. Every month I recieved calls from my tenants about an issue. Every month I had to coach Carolina Managements staff on sending me my portion of the rent money owed to me by the tenants and every month they were weeks late sending me the payments. Not to mention they refused to do a walkthrough of my property and hold the tenants responsible for the damages that they did to my property after they moved out simply because I refused to allow Carolina Management to continue to rent out my property once the tenants moved out because I was not happy with there services. When I first decided to use Carolina Management I did so for one reason only, there was a young lady named Harly working there who was excellent at her job and very attentive to the property as well as tenants. Once Harly parted ways with the company everything went downhill unfortunately. She was the company apparently. I would not recommend this company at all to my worse enemy even if they offered there services for free. This has been the worse most unfortunate, uncomfortable experience in my life and I am certain that they are using the pandemic to take advantage of people which is sad and unfortunate.
