We absolutely loved our rental in Folly right on the beach! Every morning we woke to a gorgeous sunrise and walked the beach. We enjoyed the short walk into town and the short drive into Charleston for dinner and shopping. The beach was perfect for playing beach games and walking. I even found an actual shark tooth! The house was clean and bright and Carolina one was very responsive when we reached out.

Fantastic rental, in a prime location on Folly beach. Waking up to the ocean views each morning was exactly what our family needed. Carolina One was easy to work with, and the home was exactly as described(possibly even better). I look forward to further vacations with Carolina One.

We were pleasantly impressed by the quality of the condo. The furnishings were very nice-even had a Fender acoustical guitar. Very clean and well-stocked. We did not need any additional items. The rental management personnel were very helpful and tolerated my operator error in locking the door. The unit was very comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

The property Folly Me was perfect for our family of mixed ages. As they say - location, location, location. The playground next door was perfect for our younger children, our teenager loved the pool, and we kept momma happy by having the beach just a short walk away. Ultimate flexibility for a busy family. It was also easy to get our daily exercise walking to Center Street for food and shopping. It was exceedingly peaceful around the house and easy to relax. The house shows a bit of age, but it has been lovingly cared for by its owners and is in excellent shape. Looking forward to our next stay!

We stayed at Queen of Folly and had a wonderful experience with our two adult children and their spouses. The house was very clean. Pluses was garage parking, washer and dryer, 3 bedrooms with 3 baths, beautiful kitchen and comfortable living space, screened in porch, and easily walkable to the beach as well as town. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and very comfortable house. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, entertainment items and small appliances. The bedrooms are spacious. The views are amazing! We appreciated the various items for guests, such as games, magazines, and books. The rental process was easy and the communication was great. We would definitely rent again.
