What can we say? Michael and his team were absolutely amazing at every step of the process. It was late on a Saturday evening when Sonya and I decided to make an unexpected offer on a house we had just seen earlier in the day. After a few moments, he gave us a link to populate our information and then he quickly kicked off our pre-approval process. Once he knew that we were under contract, Michael handed us off to a trusted member of his team for any questions while he was on vacation and the quality of support didn't suffer a single iota. Michael's team was very diligent in gathering all of the necessary paperwork, the follow through, and getting us through the mortgage process very swiftly.

Like an Olympic Relay Team, Michael's team passed the baton back to Michael with the utmost precision when he returned from vacation. He re-engaged as though he had never left and ensured that the paperwork was in order and we were tracking to a successful close. Michael and his team continued to follow-up with swiftness in closing any remaining action items and providing periodic updates.

Sonya and I have been through the mortgage process several times with our other homes and I can't remember the process being this flawless and so well-executed. As you may know, a good relay team doesn't stop until they cross the finish line. Lo and behold, the process rose to a whole other level when we showed up at closing - and we see Michael! Like a Welcoming Committee, Michael and Briana sat with Sonya and I in the closing lawyer's office for 20-30 minutes before closing - learning about things to do around town by our new home. We do hope to catch up with Michael again real soon!
