That Gwen was so rude to me. Didn't even want the nice little white lady to fax off a form for me. She wanted me to mail the form in which took longer. The form: A home grant... She seemed irritated... I didn't want her damn help anyway. The other lady is the best she has great empathy and goes above and beyond for everyone.

they are almost impossible to get help from. does not do as they say they will. expects you to line up an hour and a half before they open, then send you on a wild goose chase getting paperwork and by the time you do that, they tell you the money is all gone for the day! Very Sad!!!
