It’s not everyday that you find an agent who wears as many hats as Amber Ross: experienced agent, buyer, landlord, local, mom, and more. But it’s not the number of hats Amber wears that makes her stand out, it’s how well she wears each one. Sure enough, while I gawked at each home’s shiny features, Amber spotted a leak in the corner of a vaulted ceiling, condensation in what she pointed out was a custom window (and therefore likely very expensive to replace), and many a home “update” that was just lipstick on a pig. Her candid advice and keen attention to detail were invaluable to my home search.

Amber is as reliable as she is knowledgeable. She is always on time, quick to follow up, and will trek to the moon on a dime to see that house that surely *must* be the one (and won’t hold it against you when, lo and behold, it isn’t). She made the herding of cats to close my two big transactions look easy.

To boot, Amber is a local connoisseur. Need a good glass of wine after a day of house hunting? A babysitter? A daycare? A haircut? A new workout crew? A guy to fix your old electrical panel? I’ve used Amber’s recommendations for all these questions and then some. She’s proven her mettle on all the things a new El Dorado County transplant like me could ever want and need. Thanks to Amber, settling into a new home with two small kids has been much easier than expected.

By the time I closed on my properties, Amber added another hat to her collection: one for being my friend.
