This company does not answer their phones during business hours or return voice messages. Very unhappy that our HOA uses them to manage our building. I wish we were still with Beven and Brock. At least a human will answer the phone and at the very least try and get you to the correct person. If I could rate this company a zero, I would.

Nadia and Alania are experienced property managers, adept at managing home owners associations, and find quality tenants fast. Being in Real estate for 30+ years I have dealt with plenty of HOA "people." I have never, ever had the pleasure of dealing with anyone like Sheri. Sheri quickly responds to all emails, phone calls and voicemails. She is knowledgeable, professional and diligent in her work. I am trying to get a few other buildings I own units in to switch over to Cardinal...........Sheri. She is truly a blessing to have on our team.

I've called them for years and they never return my call once I signed the lease and I'm a current Tennant still. I was only told that if the fridge broke that they wouldn't do anything to fix that. However my dishwasher is damaged, my garage slider melted last summer, & now the water heater is leaking & damaged. I can't can't get them to get on the phone. Any suggestions?!

This is the worst property management group I have ever encountered stay away from cardinal real estate. They are so unprofessional and rude they never answer phone calls, or emails, or any questions asked. They don't take care of 555 S. Azusa Ave stonewood park HOA condominiums. The board that runs with community is so money hungry and greedy they work together with cardinal real estate and agree to not fix anything in the property the pool gets abused by trespassers on a weekly basis. You have no voice as a home owner I this HOA the pool is full of algae. I told the board and Alex Samarzich and Allyson and Alana from cardinal real estate that that's a hazardous condition to swim in. All they care about is taking home owners hard working money and not putting it into good use. They never provided an annual or quarterly HOA expenses reports. Frank and Connie run the show with Alex and no home owner has a coice to speak up they shut everyone down real quick and they always say let's stick to the agenda that never even happens weeks later. This is pitiful and disgusting hiw greedy and money hungry these board members and Alex Samarzich from cardinal real estate can be. Bunch of of crooks no wonder there was $130K went missing back in 2018! This HOA at stonewood park and cardinal real estate group and frank gatley are all full of s*** SCAM SCAM SCAM fraud stay away from this mess!

The worst management company I have ever dealt with both as a member of BOD and tenant. They mismanage the property, reply to emails very late and anything that needs to be done never gets done, you have to constantly email them. It feels like a full time job pushing them to do their job.
