I've had the pleasure of being a part of the Cardinal Management Group for a little over a year now, and I must say that I am beyond pleased with the exceptional service they provide. Whenever I have requested a service, it has been promptly addressed within hours. Recently, I experienced a flooding issue in my garage, and to my amazement, Mr. Danny Padilla swiftly arranged for a plumber to fix the problem within an hour. What truly impressed me was that I received a follow-up call from a gentleman who scheduled a drywall repair within a couple of days. Mr. Padilla, your dedication to providing outstanding service is truly commendable, and I am thoroughly impressed. Cardinal Management Group should take great pride in having a CEO as exceptional as you on their team. Keep up the fantastic work!

I've been the President of my HOA for 7 years, and on the Board for 11 and Cardinal is our 4th Management Company. We fired the others and tried Cardinal and it was the best decision our Board has ever made. Danny and his team are SO much better than the others. They are totally on top of everything, easy to reach, responsive, have amazing follow-through, and give us great advice. They are extremely communicative about everything, and have incredible relationships with vendors that they tap into for us. Termites - they know the best company. Insurance rates are too high - they have a broker that will do it for a little less. Online banking and portal - works great and is super efficient etc...I can't say enough about how happy we are now with Danny and Cardinal.

I would have liked to have given this management company 3 and a half stars if it was possible. Danny and I had a few issues during the time his company was managing our condo complex, but for the most part he did a pretty good job. He maintained our building much better than our current property management company and the place was in much better condition. He was able to manage the property without any special assessment fees which our current management company does not do. All in all I would have much preferred for Danny's company to have continued managing our complex but was not my decision to be made. Overall, even though we had our disagreements, he was for the most part professional and very transparent with the end of year expense reports (something our current company does not do well).

Very supportive and quick management team. They all attend to our needs with great efforts and we’ve seen improvements in any issues we’ve brought up. They respond to emails quickly and brings any issue with the HOA board right away!

I'm posting this review with my mother. Danny Padilla was rude in his interactions with my mother who voiced concerns, as a homeowner, with the way Cardinal was managing the property and enforcing HOA rules. I recall reading his email responses and thinking how reactive, arrogant, and unprofessional he was, and I was doubly surprised after finding out he's the owner. Angee, on the other hand, was pleasant to work with and wasn't condescending like Danny. I'm legitimately surprised there are reviews praising him.

She provides excellent guidance with her deep knowledge of the industry and works quickly to resolve any financial/maintenance issues that might occur. Great support from this property manager.

Danny is responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and levelheaded. He offers guidance on inspections, projects, insurance, overall HOA rules, etc. I also heard compliments about Danny from vendors.

Given his very busy schedule and heavy workload, he does his best to help our community. It has been a pleasure to work with Danny.
