Happy With Us At Cardinal Glen? My answer is definitely YES. I moved to Cardinal Glen a month ago. The Staff is very professional. I never moved out of state before. The staff is very Professional and Outstanding. My apartment is very clean whatever you need the Staff will work with you above and beyond expectations.. Cardinal Glen is very peaceful and quiet. The layout of the apartments is excellent. This is a wonderful experience. The fresh air is AMAZING!

I have been living at Cardinal Glen for over a year now, and I cannot express how wonderful my experience has been. From the moment I moved in, the management and maintenance team have been incredibly responsive and accommodating.
One of the standout aspects of living here is the promptness to address any concerns or work orders. Whether it was my AC issues during the scorching summer months last year or the occasional hot water glitch I had recently, they have always acted swiftly to resolve the problems. The management staff is approachable and friendly.
I would highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free living environment.

I only resided at this complex a short time- August 2023-October 2023- Many reasons surround our short stay at this complex, but I will just point out the main factors. Unruly minors who never seem to attend school, as well as children of adult ages, do nothing but cause chaos. If they don't harass you as soon as you try leaving your apartment, run up to your car as soon as you pull into the complex, or beg for food and stuff to smoke! They do drugs all day in the beeezeway and there's no escaping it bc the front door was all we had aside from a balcony where'd they'd harass you there too. Absolutely NO peace! Breaking into peoples vehicles. Minors playing with fire arms just feet from a lot of peoples homes, which resulted in an officer coming out to talk to the child who thought he just had a pellet gun, but was actually a real pistol. Roaches are bad no matter how many times they send men to spray chemicals. People have cats inside and out and feed them so it smells awful. People constantly bringing their CDV cases out in the breezeway. The rent is extremely high unless you're one of the many out there on vouchers of course. Def not worth it if you had to pay your rent on your own and work a full time job. Not a serene place to come home to after a hard days work of trying to make that high rent. This place should be only for people that receive rental help. It's not worth even applying you won't be satisfied if like having a home that feels like home- the whole complex is a trap house.

The complex has serious problem with insects. Cockroaches and Centipedes are a lot. Pest control just make it worse. Every time after pest control for at lease four or five days Cockroaches are coming out. It was disgusting and scary specifically at midnight when you notice a Cockroach in your bed. When I complained manger showed me bunch of pictures that next door are not clean and Cockroaches come from there. It was not convincing AT ALL.

Additionally, both of the apartments I've lived in at Cardinal Glens have had an unpleasant smell, possibly related to the presence of weed. This has made the living environment quite unpleasant for me, and I've found it difficult to enjoy my time there.

Maintenance has also been a recurring issue. In one of the apartments, the bathtub was consistently dirty, and even after using bleach, it remained unclean. Furthermore, the dishwasher was repeatedly broken and required multiple repair attempts before finally being replaced. Unfortunately, it took some time for the replacement to happen, which caused inconvenience and disruption.

It is not that much safe. Once some one tried to look at inside in the middle of the night and we called police. Another time, a neighbor threated my friend that he will use hid gun and again we called police, and "When we complained to the manager, he responded by saying, 'I am not responsible for your safety. If you are concerned, you can purchase a camera, and we can assist with its installation.''

In conclusion, I do NOT recommend AT ALL and I've had to live there for one year and half. Fortunately, I am leaving now.
