Sheri Rodda at Capitol Oaks Real Estate is a gem! My currently out-of-state family members wanted to rent a house with very specific special needs, and Sheri went out of her way to find exactly what they were looking for. Not only did she manage to find the perfect house with all of their specifications, she found one that met needs they hadn't realized yet - in the very first home she showed us. She did not waste our time with inappropriate selections. She did not try to sell us on something that we did not want. Not only that, but she has gone out of her way to make the contract signing and agreements work long-distance for the convenience of my family. Thanks to her, my handicapped father-in-law will be able to enjoy time with his granddaughter without worry or stress in the new perfect home. I could not be more pleased or more grateful for all of her work and help.
