Mattew Lisee and the Capital Property Group team work hard to attend to the needs of both the owners and renters. It is a tough balancing act to keep housing affordable, attractive, and enjoyable to live in. As the real estate market ebbs and flows one thing never changes people need a comfortable safe place to live. They're work has allowed me to feel better that our units are well cared for and have tenants putting them to good use.

I want to write this note to express how happy I am because of Capital Property Management. I own a Commercial Real Estate property in Norwich, CT. for few years. Since I live in Rhode Island I needed somebody to manage the property. I used the services of three management companies and none of them managed it properly. I lost lot of money due to their poor management. Ever since Mathew Lisee from Capital Property group took over, I am seeing positive cash flow due to excellent management. He rents out the units to good tenants, attends very promptly to their needs and concerns. He always checks with me regarding any repairs and provides accurate estimate of the repair cost.He maintains very accurate accounting of the revenue.
I would recommend Mat Lisee very highly for anyone who needs management of property. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Capital property group is the worse company to rent from. They had me move into an apartment that was pretty much a dump. When I first came to look at the apartment it was under heavy construction but he promised me that the apartment would be ready in a month. When the time came for me to move in, he knew that apartment was a mess and we couldn't even do a walk-through. He told me that the guys didn't finish the work or clean up, but it will be done in a couple weeks and had me move in. That should've been a red flag right there but, I wanted to trust him. Ever since then I've been calling this company every day 2 to 3 times a day. To come in and fix things that need to be fixed in the apartment. They would come and do a half assed job and have to come back and fix the same problem. It has been six months now and I'm still dealing with the same issue still calling them every day. At this point is time for me to call the city and lawyer up. They don't even deserve one star but for me to put my comment up I had to give them a star. But they truly deserve a -100 stars. So to whom ever want to do business with them run Far far away from this company. I give them The Worst, Horrible Company EVER.
