I worked for a local business for 5 years and in January bought it from the owners. Even though I was still paying myself in the form of a W2 it was hard to find a lender willing to use my income which made finding what we needed near impossible..Capital City went above and beyond. They got us a great rate, kept in communication with us, made submitting documents easy even though we are a little over an hour away. There was even an issue where we need a quick late night decision and despite it being after 7 on a Friday they figured it out for us. I dont forsee moving again buy if we did we would use them again!
