This is my banking company. I've been a consumer for many years..and so has my dad. The staff is very helpful and will direct you in any banking need. The Loan dept. will help you consolidate any and all debt and give you the best option for repayment. The rates are low for payback..easy to manage and convenient. My dealings with this bank has turned into a disaster. CCB loaned me money , hence the one star. I paid them every payment on time and even extra to pay them back. Well 18 years later I want to borrow money to fix septic issues at my home. Still owing them money I ask to redo the loan. They turned me down. Why you ask because THEY, CCB screwed up on THEIR end and did not transfer the title. I paid all the banks fees and closing cost and whatever other fees they have charged me over the years. Now no loan until I can .get it bonded or whatever... which is more fees..
I was also denied a consumer loan , enough to fix the septic issue until someone could straighten it out. So this Customer is jumping ship as soon as I can get a bonded title...and dont think my credit was the issue... I have a high 7 rating.. other banks will have no problem once I get CCB's mistake fixed. Then maybe lawyer time!!

if you have a checking account or a loan I highly recommend moving it to a different bank this bank doesn't care about the customers
