Went at 2:30 to look at the model on Monday afternoon. The model was lovely, had several of the upgrades of course. Loved the 3 bedroom with the flex room - the right size for us. But when we went back to talk with them about starting the process, nobody there. They're closed Wednesday & Thursday...and we're headed back to North Carolina Saturday. Only HOA amenities are a couple of little kiddie playgrounds and dog walking parks - about half the size of a home lot. Mailboxes right nearby.

What a trash neighborhood. For months they have illegal workers blaring music 6am-5pm
They're doing construction, stealing from cars and we've been complaining and getting physical threats for months. The hoa does nothing but issue fines. They turned the neighborhood into a junk pile

Buyer beware. Have a complete home inspection done before signing. Also, be sure ALL repairs are completed prior to signing. I will NEVER do business with these people again.

We went there to look at the model home and the area. It's in a nice spot and the houses are still being built. But there's no amenities and no plans to have any.

Walk the dogs in this neighborhood. I have a high anxiety dog and the noises from the building going on is good for my dog. Rent is very high.

The HOA is terrible, refuses to take care of common areas belonging to them but constantly nitpicking at residents.
