One of the worst apartments that is around here. Me and my husband lived here for like a year and it was just terrible. They do not fix any of the problems that happen because of things they have caused. There are many things wrong with the foundation itself, the floor, and the window are not sealed properly so when it gets cold it’s really bad. There are rats in the walls and a roach infestation that they refuse to fix. The management is terrible and the manager is very rude. Anyone who is thinking of moving here, I promise you you’d be better off spending more money at a different complex.

Don't live here. The biggest problem of this place is the lazy useless person who works in the office and all of the maintenance workers. They say they'll do something and they won't. Once the lazy person first sets foot in the office, this place has gone way downhill. It's horrible. Live anywhere else but here. Also, they removed handicap signs when the sign was put there because you're handicap. The mold has never been taken care of. (Edited part): So it takes something extreme to happen for the management to actually do something. For example let's say a 2 year old drowns in the pool.

I am happy with Cameron Crossing. I have had no problems with management. My apartment is perfect and my neighbors are very nice. I use the laundry room, swimming pool and exercise room. I can park my car at my front door, check my mail and empty trash just a few steps away. Feel safe and very happy. I enjoy listening to the birds outside, very peaceful place.

Great place to live, office staff is really personable!!! They work with you when you need a little extra time. Every time I call or have to go in to the office they act like you are family and are genuinely happy to see you. I've seen other reviews complaining about things, but I've never had any issues. Maybe once or twice maintenance didn't come out immediately, but it wasn't an emergency, so I was fine with having to wait. If it's a true emergency they come out asap. It's one of the best places I've ever lived.

We have lived here for a year and can’t wait to leave. Trash seems to be every where on the grounds and stains on the concrete walkways to our residence... to repair tub plumbing they cut a hole in the wall and for eight months the hole is still there. So I fixed it myself. The carpet had been cleaned but prior stains bled through , we Asked them to fix it and they never bothered. We had a water leak and they came three days later to see what was the problem. we had already met with our neighbor and fixed the problem. Parking is also a problem. Don’t live here.

The lack of organization has cause me to do several things twice. Like submit paystubs, proof of renters insurance, and pay 2 application fees. Then get the run around on a refund for one of my application fees. I cant say this has been a easy move because it's been more of a headache and started with the application process. We shall see how this turns out. I'm praying for a better outcome.

Update: after raising a stink money order is found and should have a credit on my account.

Secondary Update: This unit is raggedy. I pay the same price as those with renovated unit and mine looks like its suffered from a flood it has so much water damage. The leaks in this unit is ridiculous and now my air has been messed up for around 2 to 3 weeks but I can't get a prorated rent to help eliminate the stress of a high electric bill. I recommend you continue looking for another place to establish residence. The $815 in rent a month for a unit that's this damaged is not worth it.

I have lived here for two months and have not enjoyed it at all. Totally regret moving here. Maintenance is awful, will turn your water off without prior notice to replace a valve. Parking is awful, have to park 2 complexes down. Fights out in the parking lot in the middle of the night with shots fired, police called and no word from office. Trash is everywhere and the grounds look awful. Children running around with no parental supervision darting out in front of cars. With what we pay in rent 961.00 you would think it would be top notch but it's pethetic
