I found a house I wanted after more than six months and a number of road trips to Carson Valley and it was purchased. Mitch showed extreme patience with me, explaining the processes involved, making suggestions based on what I told him and we delved in, trial and error. With Mitch, you can count on and expect COMPLETE HONESTY. He realizes full well that selling a property without exhaustive consideration is not good for him or the buyer or a seller. My experience with CalNeva Realty and Mitch Argon was far better than I expected. I was looking for a realtor that was willing to work with us in what was likely to be a long drawn-out search process. As it turned out, it was much quicker than anticipated, but Mitch engaged and was remarkably helpful despite not knowing if and when we would conclude the process. On top of this, we were doing this largely remotely. He was very accommodating with our schedule. In addition to the search, it was during the closing and post-closing timeframe that he was the most helpful.
