Be careful about their yearly rent increase as they will offer you reasonable rent for first year without getting into long term lease and then onwards will increase rent by 10 per every year.
Moreover while vacating the property they will charge you hefty deposit deduction. Looks that's how they run the renting model by getting the tenants and then exploiting them time and again through rent increase and maintenance charges on them.

Saw apartment listing in Berkeley ON THEIR WEBSITE and tried to contact them if the property was available. After no response for a few days, I applied to the listing, paying the $53 application fee. No confirmation email or response for another few days despite numerous attempts through email and phone. After almost a week of trying, I was finally able to get in contact only to find out that the apartment was already leased out even though the listing said it was still available online. They refused to refund the application fee despite its unavailability. They don't deserve even 1 star.
Definitely a sketchy company that is trying to scam people. stay away!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the team at CA Pacific Realty. Last year when my rental had water damage and major renovations were due, they managed it all for me, ensuring my tenants were taken care of. So much so that my insurance company rep. said she had never seen any property manager deal as professionally as the team at CA Pacific Realty. This year, as I am selling my house, the team has been exceptional with the help, the professionalism, the response times and advice. I am a little sad that I am selling my house such that my time with CA Pacific Realty may be coming to an end but I can't praise them enough. You'd be in very good hands with this team.

Zahid and his group have done a great job fixing up (via contractors) and maintaining my property. All the documents are delivered electronically and Zahid is easy to get a hold of via emails and texts. Overall, I'm very happy with them, and they have made owning and renting out my property a snap.

I am dealing with California Pacific Realty as tenant of one of the property they manage. I have an excellent customer experience and a positive overall impression of the company. The web portal is easy to access and to navigate and all paperwork and task orders (maintenance or other requests) are managed very efficiently. I am also impressed by the professionalism of the team. Zahid and Atif have been promptly addressing all requests and consistently cooperating and resolving issues within a reasonable timeframe. In a couple of instances, contractors were on site within 3-4 hours since logging the initial request.
I absolutely recommend California Pacific Realty as property managers.
