I feel $10,000 incentive provided are no use for customer as their mortgage company never try to match rate with major lenders even after providing loan estimates. in case if they match they ask us to pay points ,so customer had to pay high interest rate to get incentives for 30/15 years or comprise to loose incentives to buy out points to get best market rates so what ever incentives on this marketing technique are no use for customers .This is my personal experience after having multiple negotiations with loan officer(s) .

Typical cheap made homes that are being built all over the county. Cut down every tree...start before 7am and end after 7pm. Rude workers that litter the area and it blows into the existing neighborhoods. Every home built in Forsyth since 2015 is cheap and having issues with foundation cracking.

This is big community, well located, but but costly compared to others
