We found a house through Zillow. Before this house we went through so many different properties including high rises to single house…We liked some places but then the property manager wasn’t that helpful or just too aggressive to make us sign a contract.
Philippe from the cal agent was very patient and helpful and very honest with the property. And the place was just what we were looking for! We applied and signed the lease right away.
Not just Philippe but everyone who helped us with the process was very professional and kind. Johannes send us reminders and details of all the details up until we move in which was very helpful.
