I have lived here since March 2023, there have been many improvements since then. The community is under new management and they are tackling emergencies, work orders and resident issues as quickly as they can. I know from personal experience they are listening. They have a lot on their plates. They took on a mountain of work.
Everything takes time.
** Do not use the previous reviews as a decision making tool, they are anywhere from 3-5 years old. Since the writing of those reviews the community was purchased a couple of years ago by Parkstone. They have made several changes.
The side I live on has a lot of families, so there are kids. They keep an eye on each other. It's very much a family based community.

I like the people that work in the office and maintenance. I do not like the fact that lot rent goes up so much and the way the sewer is I donโ€™t like that but Iโ€™ve been living here for years so I guess Iโ€™m all right with it.

Alabama or Mexico, they live stacked on top of one another. The driveways are full of cars. Some work others in varying degrees of repair.

When we moved in, management was aware that we had 5 dogs. After moving in, we were ingoinfo we could not put up a nice chain link fence, even though 80% of the homes have fences, most falling down .
They also cheated us on the water bill. When they were sending out the bill, it was always over $100 . Once the water company took over, it was $45.
