Cageman Security did an AC Cage install for us which we were told that we could remove. We couldn't because they put them to close. We've made several attemps for them to come out to correct their mistake. Then we were told that we had to pay $125.00 for them to come out an correct their own mistake! We even sent them pics of the problem. And now we're stuck with the AC unit down in August, in Atlanta, and this company is not honoring us with correcting their own mistake. To remedy this issue, they should come out and make the corrections without charging us $120.00 for their screw up!!! Bad business.........

Ordered 6 cages for new units I had installed at my commercial building.
They were quick to charge me and quick to get out on the job site, but the quality of installation was mediocre at best.

Even though the cages are mounted into asphalt concrete, some units were installed very "loose" - enough so that two adult males could probably pull the cage out.
When asked to do a quality control check on the work, they've no showed on me for 3 separate appointments over the past 2 weeks - and now I'm being ignored altogether.

I would not recommend using this company, as they have no follow-up with customer service or accountability of their work.

I personally and professionally recommend Cage Man Security. They have installed two cages over my HVAC outside units on two properties. The first property it was planned precisely. The unit was installed and they immediately came out after the unit was installed. The second property I forgot to call to schedule yet.... I called Cage Man the next day after the unit was installed and they came out the same day I called. Great office customer service and the same great service is given during the install. Thank you Cage Man for helping me to protect my investments.

Had a great experience. My wife called for a quote and we were offered same-day installation for a very reasonable rate. Dennis was very friendly and explained everything to us.

I paid $65 for a tech to come out and measure my front window for the invisible bar.. First sign of trouble was that I had to pay the $65 in advance before a tech was allowed to come out. However I still gave this company the benefit of the doubt..
I received the measurements and was told that the bar could be installed in anout 2 weeks. I as also told that the $65 would be taken off the cost of installation. The total price I was quoted was $225 total.
1 month plus later..I haven't heard from this company. I called them and was sent a quote for $290 and was told that I can take the $65 off of this. I was also told that I have to pay 50% of the quoted amount and it will be 5-7 business days before the installation could take place.
This is bad business and terrible customer service. The only thing this company is good at is collecting money and not keeping their word. I am out of $65 but I definitely have been tauggt to take my business elsewhere.

Kathy and her team were incredible. I called in requesting service and within 3 hours they had the entire job complete and sent me pictures of the final work. Very satisfied with the work they have done for me. Highly recommend.
