My story starts with giving Cedrick a call out of frustration. Cedrick was a reference through word of mouth, and I certainly wish I had found him sooner! My previous realtor did not show up for a showing, leaving my high and dry and an hour away from my home . I called Cedrick later in the day and asked if he was available same day since it was my only off day at work. He showed up immediately and gave me great advice on the homes in my area, and the areas I considered.we went around three cities and did a lot of research on what was available. What I liked about Cedrick was that he does the footwork and makes the process easy. The home he suggested for my son and I was perfect in size and in a quiet neighborhood right down the street from a great school. He even checked any “problem areas” and let me know what it means to buy new versus used. Each home is unique and he corrected any problems right away. The difference between Cedrick and other realtors is that I see that he cares about his client as individuals, not numbers or homes sold. He knew this home and what it meant to me to have a nice, calm setting for my son. Seeing my son happy in this home made me realize this was it for him! I also work a lot, and Cedrick was always available to talk and give me plenty of recommendations. He is a great negotiator and very precise. Due to his hard work and diligence, I went to the closing table over a month ago with money back. It cost me nearly nothing to own my home. It took me less than 30 days to close!!

I am sitting in my spacious backyard now watching my son play, thanking Cedrick for helping me fulfill this promise to my son. Thank you Cedrick, I appreciate everything you have done for me in making this happen. Thank you for making my first home purchase a breeze!
