The friendliness and helpfulness of the people at this branch is the only reason I have stayed as long as I have. Unfortunately the swap to bancorp on the business side of things has ruined it for me. It’s been almost a month and still cannot connect to QuickBooks. I informed the newer bank teller in the drive through I was leaving and swapping to Redstone business and she didn’t have a care in the world. Consistency is the most important thing in business and Cadence does not offer that

This is a home town bank in a small community. The tellers and bank president are friendly and likely know you by name.
