Me and my family have been renting with C Dan Joyner Property Management for over a year, with no complaints. All maintenance work orders are taken seriously and repaired at a reasonable time. We hired C Dan Joyner just over 1 1/2 years ago. Since then we have had a transparent working relationship. We have a 40 year old complex with the expected and unexpected problems. We have had appropriate financial accounting as well as guidance on the situations we face. Our complex has been able to improve financially and esthetically.
