Incredibly unprofessional. Rescheduled the day of for a showing twice via automated text message. If you try to call you get rerouted to a call center in the Philippines. You can never get in touch with an actual person here regarding the properties they have.

Was scheduled to look at a property 430p and so I scheduled my day around the appointment. They sent me a few reminder texts and emails to Make sure that I will still got to make it and I replied to every single one of them. 30 minutes before our schedule appointment I get a call from one of their agents.
She said that they were rented out in the morning and she found out about an hour ago and she just let me know 30 minutes before our appointment that they were rented out already.
I was already on my way.
Horrible customer service. If you treat your potential clients renters this way, I wonder how you treat your landlords That trust you with their properties to rent out.

This company is horrible and shouldn't be in business. The people that work here have 0 people skills and don't care about the people they are supposed to be providing a service to.

They are stealing money from the HOA's they are suppose to be representing. When you try to call to ask a question the lady that answers the phone is ridiculously rude. Denise never responds back to phone calls and if you do happen to get an email response from her it's also incredibly rude and unhelpful.

I have recently filed a complaint with the DRE and hope everyone that this company represents does the same.

Terrible Experience with CNC Property Management -

Broken Mailbox Woes

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with CNC Property Management, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. The issue stemmed from a broken mailbox in my residential property, and the incompetence displayed by CNC in handling this simple matter was astonishing.

Firstly, communication was abysmal. It took an eternity to get a response from them, and when they finally acknowledged the problem, their updates were vague and lacked any sense of urgency. It seemed like they had no interest in resolving the issue promptly.

The repair process was equally disappointing. The technician they sent seemed clueless and ill-equipped to handle basic mailbox repairs. It's baffling how a property management company could lack such fundamental skills.

To add insult to injury, the billing for this subpar service was exorbitant. I expected a certain level of professionalism and efficiency for the fees I pay, but CNC Property Management fell far short of meeting those expectations.

In conclusion, if you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of CNC Property Management. Their inability to handle a broken mailbox speaks volumes about their overall incompetence and lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. One hundred dollars for a pool key EldridgeTown Homes is very crazy, when a copy of a key is $2.75. Denise very rude, states she doesn't speak to tenants, only speak with owners. Some one please call BBB.

It takes some prodding, unfortunately, but C&C Management do eventually respond to customer queries, I've discovered. Their information is not always as complete as it might or should be, but at least they call back and make an effort--even if it is four days later. I initially called early this week to ask about some routine HOA insurance issues and the person who answered the phone appeared hassled, rushed, and not particularly interested in helping. What little information she offered was less than satisfactory. So I emailed instead and it took four full days for someone to respond--and only after I sent two more emails. Needless to say, a property management company should be more responsive and helpful. I'll update this review as things progress.

Denise is careless, rude and unresponsive, ultimately deeming her useless. She and the receptionist are the only two people that I’ve interacted with at this company, and both couldn’t seem to care less about what I had to say. Unbelievable.

The fact that this company is still in business is ridiculous. Unresponsive and useless yet we still have to pay their salaries with our HOA dues. Wouldn't surprise me if they were cooking thier books either
