I really WISH I could give ZERO stars, but I had to do at least 1.
Let me say initially James was all in and had us the same. My husband & I were ecstatic about being approved ON THE 1ST TRY & the purchase of our new home.
Then suddenly things started to go down fast in a downwards spiral.
James stopped communicating with us and we were supposed to close 3 times and never did. Everything something was wrong. Then suddenly one day I'm not approved because a medical bill popped up🤔.
After that we were good and fed up told him we didn't want his services any longer and we are done.
Communicating with your clients is very important with a purchase this big. I told him numerous times that we felt so unimportant during the most IMPORTANT time of our life, well NOTHING changed.
I hope that the bar he was opening gives him joy in knowing that he dropped the ball with clients who were depending on him. Never make promises you can't keep is all I asked.
Yes! I told him this via emails before we decided we were done with him and no longer needed his assistance.
Be careful if you decide to use this company.
However the Realtor Latoya Hill was on it & has gotten us another lender and we're moving along just fine this time.
