Will Young at Bull Realty has provided the best customer service to our firms over the last three years. His energy and professionalism never waned, even when fees were far out. He’s a long-term thinker, solutions-oriented, and knows everyone! His knowledge of the market, who the landlords are, creative financing, and sale-leaseback strategies are what you want in an advisor when working on a transaction with tough terms. Lastly, sometimes brokers will make you feel as if they are working for their interests or the other party’s interest, even if you hired them. Will has never done that, and he is a class act!
