AVOID BUDGET CAR RENTAL IN KENAI. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. This company filed a false claim for damage. They refused to document damage properly. Our employee asked them to come out and document a chip in the windshield. it and they refused. They said they would "make note of it". Later, they filed a claim with a company that has gotten in trouble in Alaska before, PurCo. They provided a lump sum inflated estimate that was more than twice the amount for the windshield replacement, which could have been repaired. This collection company uses bullying tactics to scare people. i advised them to file suit, but they sent threatening letters to the employees instead. This is not the first time we've had issues with Budget in Kenai. I RECOMMEND YOU AVOID BUDGET CAR RENTAL IN KENAI.

Went through them for a car over holidays.. after the mess of travel during the holidays Aaron was a breath of fresh air going out of his way to help me with my rental and extending it during the holidays. Thank you so much Aaron. Happy holidays.

Recently I have had to rent and I have always been loyal to budget even with my business rentals. But the manager Aaron and the other man working the counter are beyond rude and just flat out worthless. They don't try to help nothing. The lady she is still great and works with you at least I've had no problems with her at all I would love to continue renting from her but those 2 men have made it where I cannot rent there anymore.
