Such a horrible experience! I’ve bought way too many rentals to continue to have to go through nasty & unprofessional behavior like this. First, when I got there the man was very unwelcoming with a very nasty demeanor. Then the lady Nicole was very unprofessional walking out to the front with no correct greeting as well & fixing her wig as she was so called trying to take care of me. I initially came up there the day before about a rental that I was told I could get as long as I come up there before opening to be first.(I was told first come first served) Nicole then tells me it’s no availability. She then proceeds to tell me I can get you the same van but wanted to charge me 350 dollars per day for 4 days with an additional 59 cent for miles plus 300 dollars deposit on top of that. When I was told I would be able to keep the same price I previously had on the last van. As I settled for another car & got all the paper work & stuff done. Why did they tell me there was no gas in the van I was renting out & told me to just bring it back on a half a tank! Then the man apologizes to the other worker for having to go put gas in the car instead of me. Crazy ! The car wasn’t even correctly cleaned out neither. It had dirt/crum’s in between the seats. The indoors of the car wore dirty & it’s reeks of cigarette smoke !

the women & man working at lithia springs location where very unprofessional. no greeting when i walked in & had very nasty attitude. when i first got there the man was talking super low & i kept asking what are you saying & started having an attitude like i can hear him after im telling him i cant hear you. then to top the situation off i finally got the truck & it had no gas in it. he tried to tell me just bring it back half a tank. like no im not doing that . then had the audacity to say sorry to the other man that works there cause he had to go fill the tank up instead of apologizing to me. the whole experience was just not welcoming at all. if i wasn’t indeed of the car i would of went somewhere else honestly.

The worst service I have ever received renting a car. Did not have the vehicle or anything close to the vehicle I booked which was not that big of a deal. And the lady that I rented with was very pleasant and apologetic. However upon returning the vehicle the guy, whom displayed weird behavior with no pleasantries the entire encounter, inspected the car came back inside, printed my receipt and I left. I then received a call that I needed to return to the location to pick up my "second receipt". He says "Also there is a scrape on the tire rim" and I was asked to sign an incident report when I return. I inquired was this to place blame on me and he stated that it was to confirm that there is a scrape. He avoided a "yes" until I insisted he respond with a yes or no. I refused to come sign an incident report because it had to have been there prior to me renting. I was told to inspect the car for dents or dings, not rim scuffs and that is what I did. Coincidentally I no longer needed to return for a "second receipt". I dont know what happened after I left but the entire encounter was deceitful and I believe it was intentional. I'll stick with Enterprise on Thornton with amazing customer service and friendly faces. This particular employee painted Budget as not trustworthy, lacking professionalism and customer service.

This was the most intrusive rental check in I have ever experienced. They asked for a utility bill but all of the household bills are in my husband’s name. They wanted a physical copy of a bank statement or pay stub. The ladies who work there are nice and just doing their job but I did not feel comfortable giving that type of personal information especially when my insurance will cover the car if something happens. None of that info collected will determine whether someone has the ability to pay for damages or will bring the car back. Having all those paper copies of people’s information makes them vulnerable for fraud and identity theft.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!
First I would suggest that you update your website and let the renters know that there's an additional $300 unexpected deposit required after paying for your entire rental in advance... Besides the additional $300 ... Remind you after I received my confirmation email it never started additional $300 , it stated to come in and sign your rental agreement, get your keys and your vehicle, I wasted my entire afternoon after taking an Uber to this location, after 3 hours of trying to retrieve the requested bank statements or utility bills to no avail....leaving very disappointed and having to pay another Uber to get back home, they gave me a number to call for a full refund because they couldn't get me qualified for the rental that I qualified for at the time I made the reservation, please make it make sense!!! They have definitely lost a 25 year customer... This has never happened before... Totally dissatisfied... I lost money!!!

I reserved a mustang about 4 weeks in Advance. On the day I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle about 30 minutes prior to pick up time, a representative called to inform me they had no vehicles other than a Kia which was not comparable to what I reserved. She did not offer any options other than she would call if she any other cars in. The representative NEVER called me back. I was leaving to go out of town the same day. I had to scramble to reserve a vehicle with another company! I would not recommend this location. There is no Customer Service!

I’ve been renting from budget for years. Any out of town trips I always use budget . Today I visited the Thorton rd location. Boy what an experience. I was asked questions that I’ve never been asked before. Had nothing to do with me renting a vehicle. I made a reservation two weeks in advance.for a full size pickup truck. After the rude encounter I received my keys. Walked to the back to check out my ride. It was a DIESEL 4 tires in the back pickup truck. Why would I want a diesel truck, like I’m about to haul a house on the back. I went back and told the rude counter lady. I don’t want that . She was not accommodating. And said she had nothing else but an intermediate truck . I already own an intermediate truck. So ended up leaving with nothing. Hopefully the 600 dollars she held on my card , I get back soon. Never had an issue at other locations
