5 stars all the way!!! As out of state buyers from Virginia, we were really nervous about having to make offers on houses without being able to see them in person first. Lynn and Bryan really helped us feel comfortable with the whole process by being able to give us honest and accurate feedback around what the houses looked like, as well as pointing out structural things that we never would have been able to see through a phone. Bryan would even go so far as to go down into the crawl spaces during our Facetime tours! It really helps to have an Agents who actually knows a thing or two about houses and that alone really showed how dedicated they are to helping their clients. They was also knowledgable about the neighborhoods we were looking in--another thing that was really helpful for us since we had never been to South Carolina before. They always had a positive and friendly attitude every time we talked and when we finally found our forever home, they made the closing day really special for us. We would absolutely recommend the Martin's if you are looking to buy or sell. Not only do we feel like we've found a great Agents, but we also now consider them a friend!♥️
