Been leasing with them about 3 years. Hood type locations but you get what you pay for. They're awesome with maintenance repairs, urgency first, of course but they'll get to you. Property manager is real cool, just pay your rent. Period. Never met "Bruno" but his team is great so he's gotta be a good dude too. I will definitely stick with them for awhile.
