1. Marc is currently managing all of our Tn properties and has for over ten years
2. Marc and his team are good to work with. They will make you aware of safety issues and help you resolve them in a timely fashion.
3. They treat your property like an investment and will balance improvements with cash flow.
4. We have been impressed with the continuous advances in his approach of using technology to professionally manage the portfolio. As an owner, he has made significant investments in software / hardware to allow real-time analysis of each property
5. Marc also addresses major cost items with a goal of being more affordable for both the tenant and the owner. Examples: central air is a high-cost item to replace so Marc is constantly looking for deals on these units and purchases them ahead of need to reduce the cost to replace them, he also looks to bring in-house services that he feels he can offer for less.
6. The one area of improvement we have discussed with Brun Management has to do with how quickly a unit is rent readied. Digging into this with the team and talking to other folks in the area, this is attributable to the local challenges of acquiring skilled labor. Marc is aware of this and is working diligently to improve it.
In short, we appreciate the relationship and are grateful for the hard work / professionalism of him and his team!

Just moved into a Townhouse managed by Brun and so far have a great experience with them! The ladies who work in the office are so kind and personable! They made the process of signing a lease easy, it was our first time ever renting. They answered all of our questions and helped clarify anything we were confused about!

The town house we moved into was affordable and reasonably clean when we moved in. We looked at a lot of apartments and duplexes and this was one of the best looking one!

Have been a tenant since 07. Was my mother's apartment before that since 1991. Have always enjoyed living here. If I've ever needed Maintenance it's been prompt and courteous. Never had any issues here. Any people that I've dealt with from Brun have been very nice .

I just wanted to say that I’ve been at my apartment for 3 years now just renewed it for the third year. And brun has managed our apartments for two of them years they have been all amazing. To Maitence Madison the manager, to Mary our property manager , and Darleen our financial manager. And everyone else that comes out. There understanding, caring, and will do anything to help in anyway. I’m just so blessed to have a safe cozy home. Thank you for all you do everyone.

My husband and I recently moved to tennessee from Oregon and are currently living in cookeville. I was offered a new job opportunity in knoxville and looked at a few of their properties. I paid the screening fees, supplied all and any documents they requested. I have a perfect rental history and enough savings to pay for all of the deposits. They DENIED ME , or UPPER MANAGEMENT because I am starting a new job and not enough time on the job. They completely wasted our time and STOLE OUR MONEY. Had they initially stated that they need at least 1 year of employment history, I would not have pursued applying with them and wasted anybodies time especially mine. This requirement is not listed on their website and obviously they dont train their employees on their own policies. Stay away from this company or beware and ask questions
