Brothers is the company my landlord hired to empty our dumpster. Even after calling and asking them to put our dumpster in the right spot so we can close the gate in front of it they haven't. I would assume that putting the dumpster back in the correct spot and securing the location would be part of the job but we have dealt this incompetence since summertime.

Drivers are incompetent and nearly ran me and my family off the road because they don’t look before they change lanes or use blinkers your company should be ashamed to have employees putting families at risk like this.

Couldn't have had a better experience, dropped off and pickup were perfectly timed and executed! Had a 15yd placed on a newer driveway and had no problems at all. Thanks very much Brothers, see you next time!

I use Brothers for weekly trash pickup and I am so impressed. When we forget to put the bins at the end of the drive way they always come down the driveway to get it. Right now with the snow and cold we appreciate the driver taking that type of care. Thank you!

Hello Fabio sorry your experience didn’t go as we would like. But there are cost if you go over your contract terms as far as weight or throwing sent items in the container that have an extra charge those would be the only reasons why there would be additional charges to your original price every customer has told this and given a receipt with all of this explanation on it if there’s anything else we can do to help you understand the charges please feel free to give us a call

Dumpster hasn’t been emptied even after speaking with 2 people on 2 separate occasions but had no problem taking my money from my account.
