If we could give more stars we would. We were with another mortgage company in the process of buying a new build and the previous mortgage company dropped the ball. Mr. Brooks and his staff made our loan happen within three weeks of contacting him. Staff was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the whole stressful process of buying a house. I reached out to Isaac immediately after I decided to change lenders, and let me tell you, that was the best idea! He responded immediately, my offer had already been accepted for the property so I had to move quickly. Isaac communicated with me so effectively and explained his process as well as ways to save me as much money as possible.
