Honestly, the property itself is very clean and well-maintained, but the management is extremely disappointing. They are highly disorganized and lack proper communication. I scheduled an appointment to view a three-bedroom unit after speaking with a representative who confirmed the time. When I arrived, the office which was supposed to open at 8 AM didn’t open until 11 AM, so I waited nearly 45 minutes.
Once I was finally able to view the unit, I was told by the same gentleman that it would be available on July 20. However, his manager contradicted that, saying it would be ready sooner. Then the gentleman told me, “Oh, I actually sent you an email that someone had already put down a full deposit.” This kind of last-minute update was frustrating and felt like a complete waste of my time.
In addition, I couldn’t help but feel unwelcome during my visit. While the staff was polite, it felt like I was being judged based on my race. From what I observed walking around the complex and the leasing office, the majority of tenants and staff appeared to be Hispanic, and everyone was speaking Spanish. I have absolutely no issue with Spanish speakers, but it was hard not to notice a lack of diversity, and it gave the impression that they cater only to Spanish-speaking tenants.
Whether intentional or not, the overall experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Between the poor communication, inconsistent information, and the atmosphere, I would not recommend this place to prospective tenants who are not part of that specific demographic. This is why i’m only giving him two stars, which is because the property was clean. Everything else was a waste of time. So the maintenance team deserves a raise

Kevin, staf in office very nice and helpful start first time me & my wife come to looking apartment. When me, my wife and my son interested to stay at Brookhollow, Kevin help us with the smooth process, just 1 week we have approval. Kevin always happy to help us after we stay at the apartment. We happy and comfort at Brookhollow apartment, quiet, clean, green, a lot parking. Thank you Kevin and also Olivia for your help and support us, God bless you both.

I went to check out the apartments and I have to say that this apartments are out of this world, very nice and clean I totally recommend it. Very clean property and the staff is great very welcoming very knowledgeable Kevin was my to go tour guy very welcoming and kind. I’m definitely moving here next year. Give Kevin a raise he deserves it he was very genuine and made me consider this apartments just because of what he pointed out to me and and my wife he heard our needs and wants and guided us directly to the right spot.

I just moved out in November from 234. Its been a NIGHTMARE!!! Protect yourself!
REthink your choice before coming here. I will explain more. Allow me sometime before I can expand on this statement. It is a lot to dish out!
The star only goes for the location. But is it really worth it? NO, SO MUCH HEADACHES
The apartment are fine but management is a nightmare.
That Fireplace you see in the pictures is not operable. Just for wasting space and "looks."
Oh and if they say a lot of people applying for this place, don't feel pressured to sign ASAP.
Kevin is not helpful at all! He is incompetent and lacks accountability. He doesn't know what he is doing. He makes you think everything is okay then turns around and screws you over. Everything i asked him for, he says i don't know and never gets back with an answer.
That smile and warm welcoming feel you get from kevin initially is all a front or disguise to get you to sign.
My first encounter with him was good. But seeing how he works. Or doesn't work, (forget to put in work orders, forgets to call back, doesn't answer the phone when he's in the office, address a concern and looks at you like your wasting his time etc.) Is what made me not want to renew my lease for the 5th year.

I’ve been a tenant here at Brookhollow going on 4 years and I can’t see myself living anywhere else! On site I have great neighbors great management on time maintenance men that feels like freinds (honest) it’s me and my 7 year old grandson were able to walk outside to a pool playground, bbq grill, basketball court and a playground for him to play at it’s always sooo peaceful here and at night I’m able to feel safe reason being is we have security along with the community being gated I’m a single grandma and that’s important along with everything else I mentioned above I’m very peacefully satisfied with being a tenant at Brookhollow Apartments!……….. shopping and schools etc are all close by……😀
