I had an appointment last week went and no one showed, had an appointment today to give another chance and yet again I was stood up. Office lights were on but door was locked. I called and someone verified my appointment said they might be on another appointment I waited 15 minutes and left. Very unprofessional wasting my time twice

I’ve been trying to apply here for weeks and cannot get ahold of anyone.
They sent me an email last week for an appointment today at 1pm, I agreed and showed up early. No one ever came. I’ve been to this property 3 times now, called multiple times, and emailed. The number they give you at the door is to an off site team who has no idea what is actually going on at the property and is no help. I genuinely have no idea how they get people in their apartments. Super frustrating.

I've been trying to contact someone about an apartment unit for my little family and I. But, I haven't had any luck with getting into touch with anyone. I am currently homeless and trying to rent with you guys. I've sent tons of emails saying that I'm interested in your two bedroom unit but, nobody would respond back to my email. How do you guys even have clients when you guys don't answer the phone or email to answer questions?

I have lived in Bristol Apartments for 5 years and I have seen the good and the bad. As I wish there was someone in the office at normal office hours to help with issues and such plus it is super hard to get a hold of someone or turn in paperwork, Michael is one of the best maintenance men this complex has had. He has helped with any issue I had in a timely manner especially with him being alone. He is also so professional and friendly and I know he is always willing to help when he can! I wish he could get some help or a raise!! If Bristol can get people in their office, it would be the perfect experience!

Maintenance is awful. Nice guy but lazy. I put in 2 work orders that were never completed. I received an email notification stating the work order was completed. Bristol apartments are horrible now. No manager on site for months. The neighbors are loud and ghetto. People stomp up the stairs and your wallls and windows vibrate. The neighbors slam cabinets and their cront doors startling you every day. Bristol has gotten horrible since 2022. When I moved into Bristol in Fall 2020, it was great. The manager was awesome and the maintenance guy was fantastic. He would complete maintenance requests on the same day that you report it. He was fast. The best. Now it's trash. I would only move here if you were desperate and there was no other choice. Fairfield Residential is a disgrace.

The application process very easy and even fun with Tammy! She made sure I had all the correct documents to be able to apply and didn't stop until she knew she could move forward with me! She called other people in her management team to double check before turning me away and I in fact was able to apply and I got approved! She was just as happy for me as I was! I had a great experience over all!

Rebecca and Michael are wonderful. They both have beyond great customer service and take care of their tenants. If they are unable to fulfill your service request, they will reach out to you and let you know when they will be able to. They communicate well with their tenants.
