I have NEVER rented from a property management with terrible communication and poor maintenance practices. 3 months into renting and I have had so many issues that it would take two pages to name, with very slow to no resolve. No one answers emails or maintenance request. Subpar and Unsafe living conditions, unmaintained units masked with new paint and thin shedding carpet, and cheaply mad appliances, followed with a bunch of unfilled promises. If renting from this place "dont" to save yourself disappointment and frustration

The neighborhood is quiet, close to stores shopping centers lots of food and I enjoy living in Carmichael. I would not recommend living at Sutter Park apartments for these reasons.
1. No central air/heat
2. From the first week roaches esp roach eggs in my unit.
3. Pool was closed all the time
4. Laundry mat not updated /coin laundry takes quarters.
5. Having to vacate unit constantly for Pest control to spray
I guess i would say the property management was not the worse I’ve encountered but I’m not completely happy. The main reason for this was my unit was not move-in ready. Unit was not properly cleaned , carpet not cleaned & the roach problem. I was asked to take pictures of the pest and constantly having to move things in my home for treatment.

We lived on Sutter Park Way and had a wonderful experience. The unit was new and modern. Bethany, property manager, was always very attentive and responded quickly to any correspondence. Area is comfortable and safe. Highly recommend.

I lived at one of Bright Property Management’s locations for over 6 months. I had to leave the area for work, but the experience I had with BPM was almost enough for me to stay. Very responsive, sweet amenities, well kept units. If I ever find myself within their reach again, I will be looking for one of their places to rent. Bethany was my main point of contact, she is great. Definitely the best housing situation I’ve had over the years.

This management group has recently bought the complex that we have lived in for 5 years, while the last administration had its problems, this new company is completely negligent, we have had to do our laundry at a coin wash for weeks, they are raising rent while no renovations or maintenance requests are answered, we were out of a oven for 2 weeks, the parking situation is completely horrendous, while our two car family used to be able to park fine every day now when we get home we are forced to walk up large hills and parking upwards of a mile away, just to get to our home, I guess I wouldn’t have an issue if they were not raising our rent, seemingly just because they can
