Renter beware.

This company will have no problem moving you into a home with issues they area aware of and discuss and are nice about it.

However, when move out time comes this company will try to nickle & dime you on everything (even blaming you for the issues upon move in).

They will make fabrications in closing reports acting in bad faith using information about you to push a narrative.

Beware as well that they will charge you for a re key and lock replacement even when you return the keys and they will charge will as much as they can for this fee.

I just want to throw out a shout to Whitney Wood. It’s a pleasure working with her. We have built a good working relationship and she always answers my request with the details I need. I am involved in the day to day maintenance of rental property for Keyway and without Whitney’s help my job would be much more difficult. Thanks for all you do and I enjoy working with you.

Bridges Realty managed our newly built property in Crawford Creek when we moved at the recommendation of our realtor. Obviously, we wanted our home in the best hands possible while we were gone and Bridges did just that. During our time away they did a property check, uploaded pictures and always provided us with a statement of income and expenses on the online portal in a timely manner. Despite a hiccup at the end of the renters lease, Bridges was prompt at handling our questions and concerns and did everything they could to give us a very positive outcome. Gina’s communication, respect, empathy and attention was stellar and her distinct professionalism was extremely appreciated and because of that we would recommend Bridges to anyone looking for the best company to manage their investment.

This is unfortunately a team of people that have no clue what is going on with your property. The statements the send you are confusing, the property managers are lazy, and they’re slow about keeping you informed.

They have since, merged with Keyway property but it doesn’t seem like any training was given before that transition so you’re dealing with the same mess at keyway as well.

Bradley and Whitney are wonderful. Bradley helped me and my family get into a wonderful house and made the process painless. Whitney is exceptional at her job and after the vandalism of the master bedroom she made sure that the repairs were completed within a months time. I have rented through Bridges Realty since 2019. My experience from start to finish has been nothing short of excellence. During my 3 years of renting, they were always attentive to any maintenance needs immediately and always checked to make sure I was satisfied before closing an order. Any interaction with their office personnel was professional, courteous, and respectful. The maintenance personnel were experienced and professional as well as courteous. I would highly recommend Bridges Realty to family and friends or anyone looking for a great realty company to rent from.

This company has been awesome! Huge shoutout to Whitney and Christina for always being prompt and on top of any questions or maintenance issues. As a renter, it is great to know that if I have an issue, they handle it so quickly! Any homeowners looking for a company to handle their rental should definitely look into using this company! This is the worst company I’ve ever rented from. Definitely seemed helpful in the beginning. However this company have a charge for everything little things even to re do paperwork. I lived there with mold. When I finally reported it as mold it took a few months for it to be attended to. I didn’t get my last maintenance check due to their company canceling. So things I could have reported didn’t get documented. Also at move out the move out statement had charges for painting which stated the paint had wear of two years of wear which I lived there two years. So wouldn’t that fall under normal wear and tear. She stated it was an estimate and I wouldn’t be charged for everything however I’m being charged for it. This company charges the tenant to rekey the house at move out! I never have heard of this ever! Worst company to rent from.
