My wife and I have lived in our home for a year! She is also a property manager and has been for 12 years. When she is impressed with a property management team that means a lot. We had an issue today and instead of them brushing us off the lady at our Atlanta office got on the phone with maintenance and got someone to us asap! That was a huge deal for us. For them to see how concerned we were and for her to spend 20 minutes making sure we had someone out here today means a lot. We love renting from this company and will continue to stay with them! Everyone is so friendly and overall a great company to rent from! Thank you for your dedication today and making sure we were able to have water and shower tonight!

My family and I have been here at the new home property for a whole year. We took the special move in offer last January.
Bridgette, Sky blu and Fantaysa had been Amazing!!! I heard Sky blu left but hope the other ladies be encouraged to stay awhile.

The ladies were reasonably kind, patient and considerate of our financial process. They juggle so many properties, so you really have to let them know when you need something. The office took time to explain every concern on the new lease.

The ladies even showed up with welcome gifts at the new community at our door to see if we needed anything! It felt right at home.

We had a few maintenance for 2024 but everything was fixed with in a respectable manner.

Our community still have that new feel, it’s beautiful, intimate, safe and clean. Neighbors are quiet and we have a police officer who lives on site. We never had a problem with each other, no loud music or disturbance. It is diverse, friendly, civilized folks with mainly retirees, small families and singles. Everyone looks out in the community.

Our modern house has plenty of bedrooms, a walk in closet, more closets and bathrooms, a walk in laundry room, open layout and so many windows for sunlight, intimate backyard with wooden fence for privacy, all new appliances and HVAC system,
2 car garage, neighborhood dog park and nearby mountains, shopping centers, gyms, downtown shops, police, and fire stations everywhere …near the parks …all schools and 2 mins to the highway.

Everything was great when we moved in.
The only downside is the flooring selection of when they built the house …it keeps coming apart from the glue and lifting up. The Warranty of the homes fixes it with no problem but I think it loses adhesive from temperature changes through the seasons. The Dogs around here is on high alert around here.. so they bark alooooooooot at strangers!

Overall, we are happy with this community, we are required to take care of our house as our home due to the lease required agreement. The property is very low maintenance. We love taking care of our home.šŸ’› The rent šŸ’°is expensive but worth the convenience.

We are Thankful we got in as first resident in the home when we did. Better than any place we EVER lived like an apartment coming from Marietta city to here.

A Truly Amazing Experience at Bridge Property Management!

I’ve been in property management for about 8 years, and my experience at Bridge Property Management has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, I’ve felt truly appreciated, valued, and seen—something I’ve never experienced before. The recent holiday party was the highlight of my year, and it was clear that Bridge knows how to celebrate and support their employees in meaningful ways.

But it’s not just about the appreciation—it’s about growth. The opportunities here are endless. My regional manager, Nicole McTootle, has gone above and beyond to mentor me, sharing invaluable knowledge that I couldn’t begin to thank her enough for.

I’m excited to be part of a company that fosters both personal and professional growth, and I look forward to contributing to Bridge’s continued success. Thank you, Nicole, for believing in me and giving me this incredible opportunity!

The WORST company and I hate that I rent from them. Let me take you down the timeline.

1) had a move in date for Nov 1st they supposedly had a ā€œmove in specialā€ move in by Oct 31st get November half off. Ok, cool! BUT they will still charge you $29 for a residence benefits package and $13.50 for a tenant liability charge for the prior month (in my case October) and I did not move in until 10/31 when I asked I was told they have to charge me because my lease starts on 10/31 BS!!! You just ripped me off! Ok I let that go!

2) first week in the home, NO HEAT. Now this review is late this happened in November when temps in Atlanta were in the 20s. Sent their hvac tech out FOUR times and couldn’t get it right. Didn’t hear from the property manager Fantasya until I threatened to hire a lawyer and sue this company for their negligence in leasing a home to me that was not move in ready and I have a small child who had to go to bed bundled in a coat and hat because of the freezing temperature . They ONLY offered a space heater after I threatened to hire a lawyer and fix the unit asap.

3) in November I purchased my own rental insurance to avoid the rental charge they have and submitted ALL required documentation via LEASE TRACK which is their 3rd party verification company. It’s now FEBRUARY 25th and I am still getting billed this charge after repeated emails and phone calls they say they will remove but never does

4) now I have to pay rent which STILL includes this $13.50 charge and guess what! On the payment portal you can’t opt to remove it so they are basically unlawfully robbing me.

5) nobody EVER answers the phone in the Atlanta office. To my understanding this office does not have a property manager since Fantasya is not working with this company anymore. Bridgette was nice when I signed my lease but not so helpful now. And again why is no one answering the phone. We pay so much in rent to get poor service. But let me not pay my rent on time bridge homes will be emailing and calling me and taking me straight to court.

So that’s what I plan to do with this company hit them in pockets. If y’all keep ROBBING me and UNLAWFULLY making me pay a $13.50 liability insurance charge and my policy as approved by YOUR stakeholder I WILL SUE YOU and I am coming to PUNITIVE damages for the piss poor service and not holding up YOUR end of the binding contract by removing that charge and giving me a home that was NOT move in ready and causing pain to my small child!

I have the paper trail to back up everything I am stating on here!

Fix it now!

I wanted to start off bad mouthing Bridge Homes for taking so long to repair my en-suite bathroom flooring, but I will not because they have truly came through for me when I needed them. The bad part is they have a staff member who is truly awful to say the least. I reported her to corporate and told them I never wanted to deal with her again. II told Keya when I signed my lease your reviews aren’t good, but if you are willing to take a chance with me after filing bankruptcy 3 months prior to my approval, I am willing to take a chance with you. I am going on 2 years in my home and so far they have came through for all of my repairs. I say give them a chance and if the good reviews outweigh the bad then it’s a no brainer . Thank you Nicole, Keya, Mrs. Coleman, and Fantasia I appreciate you ladies. Tashay R- Lithonia Ga

I wouldn't say this is the worst company. I have had some challenges with a property that I just move into. This house was not move in ready , however they create my lease before the property was ready forcing me to pay rent partially for May and all of June. I was not able to move in until June 15. This house still have some outstanding issues that raises alot of concern for the safety of myself and my son. I have reached out numerous times and these issues have yet to be resolved. I'm just looking for a resolution and compensation. I had to pay the moving company twice.. The first time I attempted to move in the property. There was water on the floor again the home smelled of mold. They came an fixed the leak however this leak was reported during my first walk through. I am already in this lease and would love to stay here if these issue get resolved. Its going on a month and no one seems to think these issues are urgent. Some issues include mold, HVAC issues, pest issues, flooring lifting due to water damage and moisture in the property.
