My husband and I purchased our first home through Brick and Branch and we are so glad we did! Adam was able to break everything down in plain words so we could really understand and feel confident with how the process worked. We had fast responses at all hours of the day. Total, we looked at about 4 houses and found the perfect fit with the third he showed us. We were expecting our third baby and we wanted a lot of land but pricing was a big concern. Adam found us a house perfectly within our budget on an acre and less than a mile from the sweetest school for the babies. The roof was on its last last leg so he negotiated for the sellers to replace it as we moved in! All in all we’re so happy and continue to have a great relationship with company and will definitely be using them again!

I can’t recommend Brick and Branch Real Estate enough! Adam helped us find our dream home in Tyrone after we moved from Texas. He was professional, readily available for questions / showings, and extremely knowledgeable. Adam is very personable and made what could have been a stressful experience a pleasant one. I often had to take my newborn and toddler to showings and he was more than patient. Mathew also consulted with us some during our search and you can tell that he and Adam are very in tune with this area’s real estate market. Could not have asked for a better experience.

We bought our house through Adam Wadsworth. He’s just the best. From our initial conversation, which was just us inquiring about some land that was for sale we saw driving by it, to signing closing paperwork—and even after that, he’s always gone above and beyond. We say always because it took us six months and several trips flying out here to find our new home. He truly cares about his clients and feels a deep, personal conviction to do right by others. That’s rare these days, sadly.

He’s humble enough that we didn’t know he’s the co-owner and also a Broker until we had seen several listings with him. He’s local to the area, so he knows it and its history very well. We wanted and needed that since we moved here from across the country.

We wanted a bit of a unique property, so his job wasn’t exactly easy—especially in this crazy market. He visited listings for us and even took complete videos and edited them! We were very impressed!!! He even helped receive and store our cars we had shipped here ahead of us moving out here. He’s the true definition of southern hospitality and generosity that we’ve missed and appreciate so very much.

Would not recommend, Realtor was extremely good other than the fact I was made to believe i had to sign a broker agreement. I was 23 at the time, trying to sell my house and move into a bigger one. I am a Fireman in the community with a young family. I ultimately used them to sell my house but found a house to purchase from a real old school guy who did not want to use a realtor. I had to do all the paperwork on my own. I made the Realtor aware and it was then she told me i was still responsible for 3% or the $209,000 home. They would not void the agreement which really shows the character of the Broker. I spoke directly to him and explained the situation. he then told me there was no way to void this agreement, even though through research i found there was. Not only did you make money off of the house you sold, also got a piece of the house i purchased, in which they had nothing to do with. I felt Taken advantage of in this situation.
